Eddie Dale offers the assured hand of a professional builder with hands on experience.  Eddie spent most of his career as a General Contractor with “bags on”.  Something that is very rare in General Contracting.  He knows the building trade first hand.   He also guides all customers through the custom design, budget, and technical consulting process.

Eddie started building in 1977 and became a licensed Building Contractor in the State of California in 1981, where he still holds his license.  Eddie brings over 25 years of building experience to the Pagosa Springs area.  California’s strict rules, codes, building standards, and licensing have given Eddie extensive knowledge of the building industry.  His construction company built many custom homes in the Lake Arrowhead Mountains of Southern California before moving to the picturesque country of Pagosa Springs in 1993 where he has continued building custom homes, spec homes and light commercial. 

Eddie is very involved in the community.  He is a member of the Builders Association of Pagosa Springs, Colorado Association of Home Builders, Pagosa Springs Chamber of Commerce, Pagosa Springs Rotary Club, and Committee Member for the PLPOA Recreation Center.  Eddie’s wife, Darla, is very involved in the company managing the business administration side.  She is also no stranger to the mountains having grown up in the Lake Tahoe area.    Eddie has been newly appointed as an Independent Representative for Timberpeg®, a national timber frame company doing business for over 30 years.  They specialize in a quality construction design with post and beam.  Click here for more information on Timberpeg®.
